Instructions for Submission

Please submit only ONE nomination for each category.  Complete the form fields below to complete Part One of a two part process.  You can COPY and PASTE up to 300 words in the NARRATIVE section or include the narrative text in your Part Two email.  Please NOTE: you will be asked to enter a CODE at the end of your submission form - you must type it EXACTLY as displayed or your submission will not be accepted.

Part Two:  EMAIL tlschrod@uncc.edu  with additional information required (in the form of an attachment) with 2010 NPD Nomination – Category of Nomination – Nominee’s Name as the subject.

A typed narrative (minimum font size 12 and maximum of 2-3 pages) explaining why you think this individual or organization merits the award chosen below.

Please be sure to include the nominee's past and present philanthropic activities and their involvement with organizations other than your own.

We are happy to reconsider applications made in 2009 and ask that you send us an updated one for your nominee.

The Committee reviews applications from each award category against the criteria set forth in our Guidelines.  Please carefully review and consider the standards associated with each award when preparing your nomination.  For a listing of past award recipients, click here.
